About us

We started KODA Coaching to help teams refresh their Agile transformations and overcome their unique challenges. And to put people first.

The agile landscape has changed massively in the past years. It’s grown more complex, with new processes, tools and frameworks. And at the same time, Agile teams are expected to show measurable, tangible business results.

To address the growing diversity in our clients’ need effectively, we merge our complementary skills by often working as a duo with teams. Our combined skills bring refreshing perspectives to workshops and team coaching. On interim projects, we typically share one role, which makes us hugely flexible.
